      I did this protocol twice in my journey for better health. Just like you, I took the CG10 with some oil, in my case about a tablespoon, and,.................nothing really happened. The second time it gave me bags of energy and I felt like running.

      It would be great to take something and the next day be well but in reality the journey is as important as reaching the destination. So add a little and some are life changing. Looking back at my diary I was generally better following the parasite clean-up that included CQ10 and a follow up.

      Keep the faith.
