Juice Fasting, Infection and Antibiotics

Hello all, My wife and I are on our 11th day of our 90 day juice fast. Everything was going great until I started to develop a sore spot on the back part of the roof of my mouth. It began to hurt to swallow and I started to get tingling sensations off and on in my sinus cavity. I figured this was just a natural health response and I should wait it out as normal.

Well 3 days ago I developed a swollen lymph node behind my ear and the pain in my mouth has gotten worse, I would liken it to having a bad tooth ache that pounds whenever you move even a little, but on the back part of my mouth. I have never had this type of problem before in my life and its certainly not the kind of health response I was hoping for. The pain is so bad sometimes I contemplate taking antibiotics just to make it stop and I very much hate antibiotics and never use them for anything other then serious tooth pain or tooth infection.

I have tried several things including a ginger bath with 1/2 cup of fresh ginger and a little Sea Salt to help draw toxins from the body faster, ginger, honey, lemon teas, a full enema, and tons of bed rest. I am taking a plethora of supplements as this fast is also to correct my PCOS, SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder) and eating disorder (Bulimia) as well as weight loss and a transition into a 80% raw food diet.

Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder, Omega 3.6.9., Milk Thistle, Multivitamin, Saw Palmetto, Vitamin D3, Chromium, Zinc, Vitex (Chasteberry), Cayenne capsules, Vitamin B Complex, Co Q10, Coconut Oil, and Acai concentrate.

My next course of action is to go on a coconut water fast for a couple of days and see if that helps because I noticed that sometimes even after I drink veggie juice the pain really flares up and I assume its my body telling me that its busy fighting the infection and needs all resources for that purpose and to stop doing anything including drinking juice. I am hoping for some good suggestions because if that fails and this pain continues to worsen I may have no choice but to triple my juice intake and introduce antibiotics with it and then flush it back out once the pain is gone. And no I will not stop my fast for any reason so that suggestion is out.

I should note that this is not my first long fast, my first time I did 60 days and this is my wife's first fast ever and she is feeling totally normal and fine, not even a hint of anything happening other then weight loss, no health response at all, some people are like that when they fast and she is one of the lucky ones.
