I am on my 49th day of a 92 day juice "Feast". 1st thing I would do is immediately STOP all the supplements.Taking vitamins on a juice fast is kinda ridiculous since you're are getting some mega nutrition in vitamins and minerals from the juices. Since generally vitamins pills need solid food to buffer their absorption you are probably peeing out most of them along with all the other stuff you are doing, instead of giving the digestive system a rest which is part of how fasting works. Your system is having to deal and digest all that stuff you're taking and defeating the purpose and the main workings of a liquid fast. You DO NOT need to supplement with all that stuff on a juice fast and even when eating regular most of those pills are a waste cause you body will not absorb most or all of it. None of those thing exist as isolated elements in nature and in general need combination of other elements that work synergistically with them so the system actually makes use of them. You are getting it all in readily assimilable form in your juices and if there is some particular element that you feel you need more of do some research and find which veggies are high in that and use it in your juice. Throw away and those useless dead pills!! and stick to juicing so your system can really detox efficiently to allow your system to heal. All those unnatural chemicals in isolated from are mostly a waste and mostly make your wallet lighter ;+D and quite often they create more issues which could very well be the case of what you are currently going through.

I assume that you are addressing prostate issues with the saw palmetto and that would prolly be OK on the fast IF you get the tincture instead of pills. Save your milk thistle for when eating regular on the fast your liver is getting plenty of support and cleansing. If the Omega is liquid and not gel caps that is also cool . The gel caps are pretty useless since you hafta take like 30 or 40 to equal just 2 tablespoons of the oil which is what you should be doing daily> I recommend hemp oil as it has the same ratio of 3.6.9 as the human body. A supplement that works synergistically on a juice Feast is MSM which a form of "organic" sulfur. It makes the cells more permeable so they can absorb more nutrients. It does a lot of other things too including joint health. Google it. Do some research.

If you hven't done you research on juice "FEASTING" here is link for you. In juice feasting they do recommend "some" supplements but they are organic food based not the pile of dead inorganic isolated chemicals you are taking.
