I've been reading through these stories and thinking wow, you all have it pretty bad! I believe there's hope because I'm being treated for adrenal fatigue as well and I feel great! I see a Chiropractor who specializes in Integrative Medicine. She is simply amazing!! I take some vitamins and some herbs. Also natural progesterone cream, which btw got rid of my panic attacks and heart palpitations all together. Maybe it is different for everybody, but I feel awesome, like a totally normal person. I wouldn't even be looking online for this stuff except I'm still in treatment so I googled if I could drink a beer. Haha I ended up here and felt compelled to share. :)
