Hey Cynthia and Diana--I guess we are all at 21 months now. I've been a little down myself. I've had 2 months of vitex and 6 weeks of Mexican yam, but have just switched to the prog. cream again. I know it will upset my stomach but my bones are in a serious state and I HAVE to find a way to balance these hormones. But it's the pressure on my head and the buzzing pain that is driving me crazy.
I think about you both all the time. I hope we can "crack the code" soon. There has GOT to be an answer out there somewhere.
