Hello there - I am sorry I have not been able to respond earlier.
But I did want to let you know that I am slowly Improving so I wanted to share with you what I can whittle it down to - because I HAVE tried Many things.
The things I read on the previous post are helpful also for a severe case of Kidney failure - but these are the ones that helped me the Most when I was not able to take much else.
These are the simplest things to try first.
I have tried a number of things - and I will tell you which will probably help you the best - First.
1) CoQ10 - I get mine from Puritan's Pride because they are the cheapest there and I take THREE 100 mg in the morning. Since CoQ10 gives you natural energy - you don't want to take it late in the day or you will be awake at night. If you are really weak - you can take TWO in the morning and TWO in the afternoon around 3 PM. with a snack.
2) TWICE a Day - I take a vitamin B Complex 50 mg Time released from Walgreens since they have the vitamins on sale Buy one - Get one FREE for about $8 - 9. So I buy several of these whenever I can.
3) For natural energy, my blood pressure, and cell restoration - I drink 1/2 glass of orange juice a day / + I drink 3 cups of Chrysanthemum tea a day. You can order it online.
And for pain - I take some Homeopathic medicine called Arnica Montana 30C. I put 5-6 little pills in a 9 oz bottle of water - shake it up real good - and drink it on an empty stomach between meals. If the pain is really bad - I take up to three bottles a day - but lately - I have had to drink it less and less as I am getting healed. You can either order the Arnica Montana 30C online - or get it at the health food stores.
I also went down to 12 % when I got a Urinary tract infection that the doctor's office did not catch - and I lost quite a bit of my kidney functions. But these medicines have helped me heal - when they told me I would NEVER GET BETTER! You CAN get Better!!
There are other things you can take to help you like certain mushrooms - like Agaricus bisporus, portabello mushroooms, etc. - but if you start with these few things first - you WILL begin to see some results in a few days and weeks.
