Most people are allergic to any dairy whatsoever, including yogurt - the *casein is in many products too.
Cortisol is supposed to drop slowly throughout the day.
How much do you weigh? Male/female?
Have you ever had a hormone panel completed (at least 3 estrogens, testosterone, dhea, thyroid, etc...)?
I only noticed low Free T3 in your responseas being low. Cellular uptake of T4 will convert it to the active form intra-cellularly. Some people have hypo-thyroid type 2 for many reasons that create a cellular resistance to utilizing hormones. A baseline measure of all hormones is a good start, fixing the GI tract in the meanwhile, and investigating thereafter is a good start.
