A great way to start is to begin using Redmond's "Real Salt" or "Himalayan Pink Salt" on your food. They both contain all the essential trace minerals your body needs. Especially if you have adrenal fatigue this is very important. Salt your food to taste, which may involve a LOT of salt depending on what your tongue tells you.

I personally eat a lot of hemp seeds. Very low in carbs and very high in minerals, particularly magnesium.

If hemp seeds turn you off you can also use "Concentrace" Liquimini Mineral drops. They are very high in magnesium, and similar to the salts I previously mentioned, contain all of the other essential trace minerals.
