Dental implants: Titanium vs. Zirconia

I've heard touted many times the superiority of zirconia implants over titanium, and that the body, on some level, always rejects/never accepts metal implanted in the body.

I've been researching the 2 options because there's probably an implant in my near future. Then I came across this site which suggests an increased risk of oral cancer due to radioactivity in zirconia.

The same site also claims that "the human body LIKES titanium." Don't know how on-the-level the site is (kinda fishy(?)), but this was the last thing I wanted hear. Tons of radiation exposure in the last couple of years: CT scans, head x-rays, knee, and lots of dental x-rays.

Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on this subject.

Also, 4% of people are sensitive to titanium. How do I figure out if I'm one?

Edit: Just read a post mentioning Biocomp Labs as a way to check for dental compatibility.
