liver lightly rumbling every 15 seconds

Hello, starting this morning, my liver as begun rumbling about every 15-20seconds. It doesnt hurt, but just feels similar to heavy gas moving in the intestine. I assume it is my liver because it is directly under my right rib cage, and the rumbling hasnt moved to different areas of my gut.

I assume this is because of all the partying I have been doing, but the weird part is that it just started this morning. I will now list my thoughts and lifestyle which I think may be leading to this...

I have been in Las Vegas for about a month now, and we went out and partied (and drank) almost every night - which is something I definitely dont do in my hometown (usually only 2-3 drinks per week if that)

We would go out around midnight and usually get home and go to bed around 6-7 in the morning, than sleep until about 4 pm. The drinking was never heavy, but I always had about 3-4 drinks per night...

We did this for a month straight.

Well, last night I smoked marijuana for the first time in about 8 years. Than awhile later after I had come down considerably from my high, I woke up, and then we went out drinking and partying. Last night I only had 2 drinks.

Well being as I had a flight from Vegas back to my hometown, I didnt end up sleeping at all until today from 3:30pm-10pm.

The rumbling started this morning when I began eating at  7:30am (a turkey wrap with tortilla, tomato, lettuce, and a spicy mayo)

Again, the rumbling doesnt hurt, but is consistant, even after waking up from sleeping.

My diet has been very good over the past month of partying in terms of eating lots of vegetables, protiens, and minimal carbs.

I am surprised that the liver reaction just started now after a month if at all to the alchohol since I normally dont drink much I figured it would start earlier if it really was just an alchohol thing, so I am inclined to think it was something else.

Ive heard that marijuana has some sort of cleansing effects so maybe that released or added more (and different types) of toxins into my system

Another thing is that all day I have had mild gas, and stool is a very pale tan color instead of darker
