Re: Periods getting lighter and lighter and headache con'd

I know you have complained about jaw pain before... that K2 not only brought back Mirena symptoms, it gave me jaw and face pain, pressure in my head too. It is all soy and I didn't realize it. The natural Dr put me on a no soy diet months ago because it increases your estrogen and in my case, makes the hormone imbalance worse. Brain fog is back in full force. I was starting to feel better too...here we go again.
