Thanks for the info on iodine. On Wednesday I went to a vitamin & herb shop and asked for Lugol'sIodine since that was the only kind I'd heard of on here up till now. The clerk handed me a bottle that said active ingredient: kelp. I hadn't heard of it being kelp so I didn't buy it. I will go back and get it but it is in a pill form. Can I still break it up and use it topically? As for the topic of milk for using in nose from this thread - I have a couple questions. 1) does it need to be organic or any specific type?
2) does it need to be boiled first? 3) can milk and/or iodine be used in ears?I recently posted about the terrible pain in my ear from parasites all around and inside my ear, they're inside the skin causing a very thick scab like layer that is even clogging inside the ear canal. That side of my face is swollen and painful including my neck and glands. I tried using hydrogen peroxide but it isn't going down into the ear canal because it's blocked. At this point I'm desperate for relief from the pain and pressure.
