Re: Here I go...another long fast!

No numbness at all during my fasts. Actually, one of the issues I'm trying to relieve is my left arm constantly going numb on me and it sometimes hurts, like acid has been poured into the muscle. I think it's tendonitous but it could also be that I'm not taking enough growth hormone (my body doesn't produce it). During my fasts the numbness and pain completely goes away.

I'm a bit of a purest when it comes to fasting. Nothing but juice, water and herbal teas. Never heard of adding bone broth. Hmm...

Hope all is going well with your fast! You should be over the three day hump by now. Yeay!
