hey , thanks for yr input, appreciate it.... but my opinion contradicts what even pepe is saying.... you see my main qn is do swf kill the intestinalflora.... ? because if you extensively research about probiotics....you know that they do not colonise etc...

other sources such as milk kefir and waterkefir do exist ... but howreliable are they... that aside...

pepe mentioned...that the 1 tablesppon of seasalt to the 1 quart of water is to make it simliar to the weight of our blood.... thus the flush.... and he also says it is a rinse to the colon....only...

but i beg to differ... when yr good intestinal flora is trying to beat the bad bacteira etc.(an already compromised immmune system) ... if we use SWF, we kinda kill the flora of our intestine so now there is no more hope for some of the species not available in commercial probiotics to gain life and recolonise....

well thats my view....
