Hair tests, Copper, Zappers, and water filters

About a month ago I recieved the results of a hair elements test from Doctors Data to find that I have extreme levels of copper (the reference range is 11-30 yg/g my level is 260 yg/g) So iv started supplementing a wide variety of different things to curb the level(zinc, calcium, magnesium, molybdenum, B vitamins, Vitamin C, Digestive enzymes/HCL, milk thistle) but realize that the source is the most important thing to eliminate.

1. I have a zapper with copper handles, is there any possibility of that copper leeching in through my skin?

2. My shower has a blue green stain which leads me to believe that copper is flowing through the water, anyone know of a good shower head filter?

3. Local water might not be of the best quality, what type of filters would be best to remove dissolved particals? Iv also been reading about alkilyzing water; it would appear that filters that do so cause serious problems for the body because of neutrilization of stomach acid but acid water seems to be just as bad. Im so confused as to which filter would be beneficial vs. harmful/waste of money.

Hopefully I can get this figured out soon so I can go to college :)
