Are you also eating in addition to your 4 pints? I think the 2 coffee enemas per day are excessive unless you have major liver/detox issues. Even in that case you should give it a rest from time to time and use probiotics to build back your friendly bacteria. It's a big part of your immune system.

Personally I wouldn't juice both carrot and apple in the same mix because it would make things too sweet. Use either or but I prefer just carrots. Will consuming all that fresh juice every day improve your health? How couldn't it? Just be sure that the rest of diet is as pure and healthy as possible.

With that said, this will do good things for your health in general. Whether it improves specific conditions you have depends on what they are. Keep doin what you're doin.
