You're right - it is almost worse to feel good for awhile and then backslide, than to just keep feeling bad. I love the good days when they come, but it makes it that much harder when the bad ones come. BUT, I don't get as stressed out about the bad days now, because I know they come and go. You get used to it, even though it's not any easier to deal with. We all just have to keep plugging along. Thankfully we have this forum to vent on, because even at almost 2 years post, I still feel the need to talk about my bad times. And this month, BTW, has been awful for me. I'm in the "good" time between ovulation and period, but the good hasn't hit yet. My symptoms have been raging. I guess I'll just go right into my period and hope it doesn't get too bad.
