Re: Candida starvation diet sucks for under weight, what to do?

I'm new to all this myself, but in searching for a diet I thought I could stick to I ran across this post by a gal named Jazzie about how you don't have to starve yourself. She evidently doesn't post much anymore because she says she and her husband are now well, which I also think means she was doing a lot of the right things! Hope this helps. (My personal opinion about those things that say you don't have to do a diet is that they don't work, just from the research I've done.)
