Hello, I'm sorry to see such a young person going through so many negatives in their life.

Your symptoms and causes:

Low immune system - Low white blood cell count (The Candida infestation can't be cured until your immune system is repaired)
Candida - Gas - burping and flatulence (after eating)
Candida and die-off- Brain fog
Candida - Anxiety / Restlessness / tiredness / easily irritated
Candida - Constipation (my stool is broken into tiny little pieces, hard to push out, and causes bleeding because it is so hard coming out)
Most people who have hiatal hernias also have Candida - Hiatal Hernia
Allergies stemming from leaky gut syndrome stemming from Candida - nasal congestion that you can't blow out
Candida/allergies - runny/irritated nose when eating
Candida - the boogers in my nose and really white, solid, and sticky
Candida/allergies - post nasal drip (having to cough up and spit out chunks of dried mucus a few times a day, especially in the morning after waking)
Candida - thickened saliva (especially when working out - almost as if dehydrated, but i drink plenty of water)
Candida - White tongue/back of mouth (occasionally on the inside of my cheeks - it will peel off)
Candida -sometimes soreness in throat after eating
Candida - heart palpitations when working out (especially after eating)
Ridiculous to drink alcohol when you obviously have Candida as alcohol allows the Candida to thieve - when drinking alcohol I get drunk very easy and often feel a buzz off of even half a beer
Low thyroid stemming from Candida -super cold hands
Candida - unusual sweaty (it gets worse when i stop the candida diet)
Candida - waking up everyday feeling hungover and tired, even when i don't drink at all for weeks
Candida -very crusty eyes in the morning after sleeping
Candida - lips are dry (it use to be really bad - look up exfoliative cheilitis), especially sometimes after eating

What I don't understand is why you would attempt to go off the diet when you're having all of the above symptoms.

If you really want to be well and healthy again, you'll need to stay on the diet indefinitely (because no one can tell you how long a cure with take, as it all depends on you and your particular infestation) and most importantly, completely stop drinking all forms of alcohol.

So if you're serious about this, and intend to do what people who have cured themselves of Candida have done to be successful, reply to my post saying so and I'll post the protocol that I used, but frankly, I don't want to waste my time if you're not serious about a cure.

By the way, just a matter of months ago I was deep into a dreadful Candida infestation to the point of receiving terrible Candida reactions to the simplest of foods - such as a tad of regular salt in food from a restaurant, yet today I am 100% cured.
