Re: oil pulling with drug eluting stents in heart arteries and heart meds.

Thanks for response mrcuddly, my concern was with the fact that my meds, especially plavix and aspirin need to keep my blood thin and lubricated, and wouldn't oil pulling draw meds out of blood. plus wouldn't it pull meds out of my stents too fast.
I agree that with the plant BASED diet but not plants only, I eat wild caught fish at least 3x/wk, plus bison and free range chicken, or grass fed beef every couple weeks because heart health is better with tons of omega 3's and B vitamins, also vit E. And never cook with veggie oils, when they are heated they produce free radicals, too much omega 6. Cook with coconut oil. My diet is a hybrid of Fuhrman and Weston Price. Thanks for your ideas.
