Posting pic of stool... your opinions?

I have been battling Ascaris Lumbricoides, and a variety of depression-like symptoms that come with it. I feel a complete lack of pleasure... low appetite, can't enjoy conversations with people, low sex drive, etc. Also my digestion is poor.

I recently took albendazole, and while I feel better, I still feel completely drained for most of the day (it gets worse later in the day). I definitely feel like I am not absorbing enough of what I eat. I have been eating fairly healthy, with some poor meal choices here and there.

I feel like I am clogged up below my rib area, right under the ribs. Whenever I eat anything (even something liquid like a protein shake) I feel a slight headache and an anxiety/depression feeling. My digestive organs feel "tired" all the time.

The only way I can describe it is think of how it feels if you don't eat enough in the day, and then go out and perform an exhausting exercise. It's just kind of an empty feeling. My voice is fragile and I feel "detached" from what is going on. I don't even feel like pitching in to a simple conversation.

Here is what my stool looks like. It does not look or feel right. It is always broken into pieces like this, with about the consistency of play doh. Looking at it, it looks like the waste is trying to fit through a clogged or inflamed hole somewhere.
