Wow. that is a lot of healing codes !

I'm still doing Buteyko a couple of times per day. I work it into a meditation session.

6 minutes of Buyeko. 6 minutes of meditation during rest period.6 min of Buteyko. 6 min of meditation.

My morning CP was up around 30-32 for a while. It slipped back to around 25. I seem to be hyperventilating at night again. I wake up in the morning stuff up and with a lower CP than in the evening.

I'm not sure why. I may have slacked off with my "awareness of breathing" through the day and therefore reset my CO2 set-point lower.

Oh well, it will come back. There is a noticeable correlation between how I feel and my CP
