Well for a start i advise you change your boxer shorts daily! Wearing the same pair for days is very poor personal hygiene.

I would personally try a raw,organic apple cider vinegar (with "mother") diluted 50/50 with water and dabbed onto the area with a cotton pad/kitchen paper.It may sting a little but not for long and will not damage your skin in any way as long as you dilute it.I would use bottled water too just to be extra safe.

I would guess it is a fungal/yeast problem.Shower every day too without fail to reduce any bacterial growth and sweat that yeasts love to feed on.If you want to keep the area dry after showering you could use baby talc powder.

The best time to use the apple cider vinegar would be after the shower (shower in the morning on waking and if poss before bed too)

I would also take raw garlic,i bought some empty gelatin capsules and crushed the garlic and filled the capsules and swallowed 4 cloves a day in total,2 in the morning and 2 in the night before bed.Using the capsule method means your breath doesn't stink of garlic (apart from if you burp!)

It sounds simple because it is simple! 2 all natural anti fungals,one for internal and one for external cleansing.Try and reduce/cut out entirely sugar/fatty foods as best you can while doing all this and take a good pro biotic.

If you can tolerate dairy eating pro biotic yoghurt is also a good way of balancing your gut flora,the yeast is almost certainly resting in your intestines.
