A thought on LF

Hi, I have flushed 4 times so far and had great results on 2 flushes and just chaff on the other two.

Researching something else, I came across many articles stating that the body being acidic is the cause for many problems, as the acids are stored in the body. Alkalising the body removes or reduces many problems just like in LF.

On further inspection, all the components of LF - Lime, Olive oil, Apple, Grapefruit are alkalising, which leads me to think that LF is primarily reducing the acid levels in our bodies and balancing or PH.

I took a PH test today and found it to be 5.75, which is quite acidic due to high intake or animal protein.

This is just a thought I wanted to share and see if someone would also take the journey of measuring the PH before and after flushes to see if there are any changes..

I will post my results as I go on...

As I mentioned earlier, this is just a feeling I had...nothing concrete...

Also if you check The Master Cleanse or Lime Juice cleanse, all the components Lime Juice, Maple Syrup , Cayenne are also Alkalising products....

By the way , Lime is very acidic but supposed to be alkalising for the body, Pls take a minute to google it...
