Re: lymph gland swollen after exersize

Thanks for your post! I have been working on my diet and have done 2 flushes so far. It has been making a difference, I was just confused about the swelling returning after exersize. Also working on the parasite issue as well. I have been taking herbs but not full board yet as I am waiting on some $$ to get herbs. Have been helping, getting the critters out even though I don't have many herbs to work with.

I will continue with the liver cleansing, herbs, CE, sitz baths and exersize and diet changes. I know it will be slow, this didn't happen over night. It had been releaving the swelling until today.

Did you have swollen glands as well? Its funny, when I went to the DR, the very few times I have ( Usually because of being pregnant), I would ask about the glands swelling and the Dr usually just blew it off.
