Same case with me being to alkaline seems to make my candida worst. Diet alone makes candida more tolerable but doesnt seem to eliminate it. We have to supplement with anti-fungals that weaken the cell membrane of candida to give our immune system a fighting chance to eliminate the candida. Coconut oil, undecenoic acid, certain fatty acids etc... Then once candida is down to a minimum we have to find a way to somehow repopulate our gut with good bacteria. Probiotics are not effective until the candida is down to the absolute minimum. This has been my experience and the protocol of some candida experts. When i can do some anti-fungals and have minumum to no die-off reaction is the time i will pound some probiotics and do a fecal colon implant. I already did a fecal implant and it caused a war in my colon. Still have too much candida in my colon so the implant will not be successful. Going to have to do sodium bicarbonate enemas to get the numbers down. Might have to do some other anti-fungal enemas before i can do a probiotic enema.
