Hv,
I have D.E. and azomite clay. I have been putting a half teaspoon in about a glass that holds 3 cups of water. I let the DE or clay saturate in the water for about a day before i drink it. Would there be any counter indications in regards to stomach acid if I drink one of these on a daily basis. Im trying to increase my mineral status especially silica but dont want to damage my stomach acid in the process.
