Recently I have been taking up to 30 drops per day, spread throughout the day, internally in veggie caps. I tolerated this amount well, but am getting ready to reduce my dosage as I am better now. You can google "oil of oregano antibiotic" and get alot of info on it's use, plus the various forums on this site has loads of posts regarding it's use.
