Day 4 no bm's need advice

Hey all. This is my first MC and I'm finishing day 4. Have all the right supplies (organic lemons, C+ maple syrup and cayenne pepper) and am following to the letter, at least I think so. No cheating at all and I drink a lot. Between 2-3 litres of lemonade per day and over 3 litres of water which is more than half my weight in ounces (100 and I weight 180-185) Have Sea Salt (Guérande French brand rock salt, coarse not fine)and bottled mineral water.
Started with lax tea the night before I started and every night since.
Day 1 with lax tea in morning (no SWF) and thing's went well but no bm.
Day 2 had nice bm before SWF and then nothing. Did a pb shake 2 hours later still nothing. Felt a bit boated that day but it wore of.
Day 3 SWF did seem to work a bit (with 3 tsp of salt) and passed dark liquid but (almost) no solids. Nothing else.
Day 4 SWF didn't seem to work, passed a bit of totally clear liquid, no solids.

How can I detox if I'm not moving it out through the GI track? Yes my tongue is whitish and I scrape it often. Yes I'm peeing about 25 times a day! I'm not hungry and things are going well but I'm a bit worried that I haven't moved some major trash yet.
I have read that it's good to drink a bit of water about 30 mins before the SWF and I will try that tomorrow but it's hard to get motivated to drink that litre of SW when your not getting results! What about throwing in some PB shakes for some added boost?
PLease advise...is this situation normal?...should I be doing something different? Thanks PS
