THANK U SO MUCH for your reply!!! There are so many out there who bash MMS, but for me, it is my "last resort," so I am trying to remain hopeful that it helps!

I unfortunately cannot eat fruit b/c I have fructose intolerance (and it is also a big no-no on the anti-candida diet!).

I'm sorry about your bone infection! How are u using MMS (number of drops, doses...)? Are u using DMSO with it? Supposedly, it helps "shuttle" the MMS into the cells better, making it more effective. It also helps chelate heavy metals (a big issue for me).

I wonder how they thought of this new protocol? If no one ate anything all day, then yes, it would make sense. But the fact is that humans need to eat several times during the day, thus most of these dosages would be ineffective due to the sulfur, proteins, antioxidants, etc in the food that renders MMS useless. Kinda makes me mad, for people aren't getting the full benefit from it.

You mentioned capsules....how did u get MMS as a capsule? I would LOVE to bypass the nasty taste of that stuff!

What effects have u noticed from the MMS? The only thing I've noticed so far is throat irritation, copious mucus/phlegm production, coughing. I guess it's slowly cleansing the congestion from my GI tract.

As far as being too acidic, I'm too alkaline. When a person is too alkaline, candida (or any pathogenic yeast) turns from a yeast to a fungus, which is way more severe. It develops a biofilm around it, making it even harder to destroy. It also penetrates the gut, causing leaky gut syndrome, and a whole host of other ailments.
