I started on Kira just 300mg. but, decided after being on it for 2 weeks, I'd better totally be off the Zoloft first. So considering restarting it again later.
How is it helping you?
And, interesting, 7-Keto and DHEA is helping with the liver?
I'm taking just a minimal of Kelp 250mg. every other day.
What dosage are you taking?
