I am with the love of my life, we have sex regularly. He sticks by me regardless of my illness and actively participates in finding a solution. I have a wonderful apartment, nice friends and travel with him to other parts of the world that he works in. I also do respect and love myself and wouldn't want to be anyone else. I really do feel I'm in a good place. I can't think of what could be missing other than feeiing good.

So, in my case, what you describe is not the issue here.

It does sound though, that in your case, you feel you are missing something and I do hope you find it.

I also wanted to comment on the notion of having 'tried everything' physical. I really don't feel , based on my experience it is even possible. How were you able to ascertain that you have tried everything ?
