Gav - Iodine?

So I started using transdermal Iodine again, I take 4 drops of Lugol's solution per day. That gives me roughly 1mg iodine per day. This really has helped my crash tolerance a ton. However, it gives me brain fog. Weird huh?

Normal iodine supplementation is using iodoral, which yields 12.5mg iodine, I reckon if I took an iodoral I would be 1)thrust into a panic attack OR 2)in a severe state of brain fog.

Transdermal iodine (about 6% estimated absorption rate) does effect me quite a bit .....
