Wow, quite the challenge ! I am sure you will find they all connected though. Once you start making a shift with one they will all start coming into balance.

You are going to need a team for this job. Top of the list would be a good acupuncturist. They would be able to get the liver/kidney function up and running. This would help with detox, shift some of those heavy metals, if they where good help with the thyroid and adrenals as well. Possibly other issues.

How do you know if they are any good 1) They musy have ben practicing for at least 5 years
2) They must understand chinease, the acupuncture points in chinease have completley different meaning than when said in English
3) You know you have found an exellent acupuncturist when they remove the needles and they cover hole immidiatly to block the chi comming out.
4)When they insert the needles they must insert them with intent. So often the western homepaths will just shove them in.

An Ideal acupunturist is a westerner trained under a master( like my last one) or in China.But thats my opinion.


The heavy meatal issues and viral issues will all be tied together coupled with a low immune system.

Again how strong are your adrenals depends on what you can do next ?

But you should follow a simple diet like the paleo diet.
Supplement for weak adrenals. Vitamin B, B5, Collagen, IF you can tolerate it a glandular. Fish oil. Lots of pro biotics. Digestive Enzyms with every meal. Coconut oil.Selenium is must for your liver and viral support. Start with 600ug daily for 3 weeks then 400 ug every day.Valerian and Gaba. Start with that.

Once your adrenals are supported and you have restoted some function to your kindeys and liver you should be detoxing more. Hopefully your immune system starts to kick in as well.
