I will definitely look into candida, and also will check adrinal fatigue out, since I have the insomnia thing going on. For the past 10 years I've been addicted to coke (coca-cola, not cocaine lol)rarely having any water, basically my diet has been crap. Lots of sugar and junk food, at least I have a pretty good metabolism so I haven't gained any weight.

I'm really scared in going to another endo, since I just can't trust doctors anymore, they really don't have the ability to heal, at least most of them.

Btw, how important is insomnia's role here? Is it really important to go to sleep at an early, moderate hour? Sometimes I stay up till 4am just doing nothing productive, since I go to school at night time, I have the possibility. Is it true that the body "heals" better when you are sleeping around 10pm?
