      For me it never did anything. I was stupid enough to even take it by Iv and it still didn't do anything. The only thing that ever happened was I got a tolerance to it and can't take it anymore. But seeing as it never did anything I don't mind :)

      It seems to help some people. I think that is based on the fact that there are very high concentrations of Vitamin C in the adrenal gland. I think as supplements go for AF it is way overated and there are plenty of others you should try first.I guess lam would disagree LOL
