Tooth and gums... Please help!

Hi, I'm in NZ and for the following recipe:

3 parts oak bark
1 part oat straw
6 parts comfrey root
3 parts horsetail grass
one part lobelia
one part cloves
3 parts peppermint

I've been able to find everything except lobelia -- either as tincture or powder.

Would it still be effective without lobelia, or can I subsitute it with something else?

Also, for Dr Shulze's tincture formula, which I also wanna make, I'm also missing an oak gall and oak bark tincture. Is there a substitute for that as well?

10 oz Echinacea Tincture
¼ cup Tea tree oil
4 oz Bayberry root bark tincture
2 oz Oak Gall (or 3x oak bark) tincture
2 tbs Cayenne tincture
2.5 dropperfuls Peppermint oil
2.5 dropperfuls Clove oil


I've also been reading here about oregano oil with coconut oil for oil pulling. If I've got pure oregano oil caps (17.5mg), about how much should per tablespoon of oil should I add the oregano? It's not oregano essential oil.
