Cayenne pepper is a blood pressure equalizer. that is it make high blood pressure lower and low blood pressure higher.

Carry cayenne tincture in the car and have one at home and when he is dizzy or has low blood pressure (also helps high blood pressure), squirt some in his mouth. I use herbpharm brand but any organic or wildcrafted tincture will do (if you have none use cayenne powder in warm water..if you do not have that try 3 tbs of black pepper in tea which may well help as it is a stimulant herb but a little weaker than cayenne so you use more)

When my mother was dying her blood pressure fell to the 30s and the hospital could not help. I gave her a few dropperfuls of strong cayenne tincture and her next reading had jumped to normal (it also stopped her heart attack) so I know it works.

With cayenne the hotter the better
