Gallbladder pain? I’ve had a health issue for about 2.5 years now and don’t know what it is. I can’t go to the doctor because I don’t have health insurance or money. I’ve been trying to self diagnose all this time, thinking I had something else but I’m now thinking I was wrong. This might be gallstones. I’ve done 4 successful liver flushes, and 1 unsuccessful one, the last one I did. I did all the right stuff, but woke up at 3 am and vomited. I was hoping I held it in long enough to still produce stones in the am, but I didn’t, at least I didn’t see anything floating.
Anyway, my problem began as I said 2.5 years ago. I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in the abdomen. The next day and ever since, my abdomen has been somewhat swollen or distended, something I’ve never had in my life. I’m pretty thin and have always had a flat stomach, but now it’s always distended to some degree, sometimes worse than other times. Even when I’ve completely emptied my bowel and not eaten, it goes down somewhat, but there’s still something like a knot there right around the navel area, which is tender.
I’ve read descriptions of gallstone pain but I’m not sure if what I get is that. The pain I get feels like you feel after you’ve been kicked in the stomach and have the wind knocked out of you, and can last several hours. The pain is definitely in the liver/gallbladder area but radiates over into the upper abdominal area just below the rib cage, and toward the back as well. I also have lower back pain that radiates around my sides into the pelvic area. That pain is worse when I get up in the morning, I have a hard time sitting up.
I’ve had the pain attacks about 7 or so times since this first incident 2.5 years ago and I don’t know what triggers it, or at least I didn’t. My diet is very good, was eating a strict Candida diet because I thought that was my problem, but my symptoms never went away. I doubt that was the problem or the only problem, but I still eat very well, avoiding sugars, alcohol, processed foods, etc. but I do eat fruit now, and no difference.
So, recently, I decided to use my phos drops to soften the stones. I’m now realizing that the phos drops could be triggering this pain attack. I had a really bad attack on Friday so I didn’t take phos drops yesterday. Today I decided to take a dose again and about 10 minutes later, I had an attack.
Also, when I was taking Pulverexx in the summer, my liver area was very sore and my abdomen swelled again. Mario Avino said it was a good sign, gave me a protocol to follow, but it was too painful and I eventually stopped taking it altogether.
Do you think this might mean I do in fact have stones, that Gallstones are my problem, and maybe large ones and the phos drops are prompting the pain in the process of softening them, and they are therefore moving, perhaps even getting stuck?
