In a nutshell, a couple of years ago I was a fit and health 28 year old with a passion for cycling, yoga, and raw food.
I had a relatively minor fingernail infection which didn't clear-up with creams, so the doctor prescribed a course of antibiotics and steroids...which I took for just over a year.

It's been at least 18 months since I stopped taking the medication after noticing some symptoms (tiredness, excessive sweating when inactive), however my condition doesn't really show any signs of improvement. I've stopped practising yoga, limit my cycling to just the 10 minutes to and from the office, and have switched to a cooked food diet (steamed veggies, fish, eggs, and good fats - no sugar).

In recent months I've used the ParaGONE and CandiGONE cleansing kits from Renewlife, and am currently taking their FiberSmart supplement (with addition L-Glutamine, and Aloe vera juice stirred in in the morning) and LiverDetox cleansing kit.

I receive regular acupuncture, chiropractic, B12 shots+Meyer's cocktail intravenously, and drink a Japanese/Chinese herbal medicine three times a day to relieve constipation.

As for supplements, I've been taking the usual: vitamin C, B12, Zinc, Heme Iron, ALA/RALA, along with Olive Leaf, GSE, Oregano oil, Coconut oil antibacterials, and Syntol AMD probiotics.

I'd like to think I'm doing all the right things to try and improve my condition, however my symptoms just seem to deteriorate continuously. I work in an office, and therefore do not require too much physical energy throughout the day. However, my job as a technical writer requires considerable mental clarity, so the 'brain fog' and lack of concentration tends to disrupt my productivity.

I appreciate your concerns about the nuclear fall-out from Fukushima, however my symptoms began long before the earthquake and subsequent tsunami. Japan is a beautiful country, with warm compassionate people...it's been my home for over eight years, and I honestly cannot imagine living anywhere else.

The next step I am looking into is ordering a CDSA2.0 test from Genova Labs, which I hope will provide a little more clarity as to why my condition is as it is. My diet has always been very 'clean', with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables (no processed, junk foods), up until I started taking the antibiotics/steroids, my health was generally excellent.
