"When a person has bloody diarrhea and doctors find ulcers in the intestines, they look for cancer, infection or parasites. When they can’t find a cause, they should say that they don’t have the foggiest idea why the person has intestinal ulcers. Instead, they deceive their patients by saying that the person has Chrohn’s disease and explaining that the person’s immunity is so stupid that it punches holes in the intestines, rather than doing its job of killing germs. They prescribe medications that suppress immunity or cut out parts of intestine. "
I strongly doubt there is such thing as autoimmune diseases. There are several problems here
1. Most MD and even many infection specialists do not extensively test person for infection diseases. They claim they do, but they do not do. Twice I have been chronic ill. Both times I have I been declared by a series of infection specialists not to have any infection. Both times I have ended up finding the infection causing the problem in the end. Before that I have got a long series of diagnosis like chronic fatigue syndrome, yes also autoimmune diseases, fibre nyaligia etc...this are nonsense symptoms diagnosis, also I can come up with fancy names describing my symptoms, I want to know true cause, and I found true cause...
2. Many labs are not fully uptodate on how unreliable their tests are for a few parasites. I believe most tests for most pathogens are quite good. Blastocystis is one parasite that is very common, that many labs miss out of.
3. There can also be pathogens we do not know about yet and therefor no test, well even the last few years new human pathogens have been discovered. But even if you not find them by these you can likely treat them, but yes much more difficult to treat if you not know what pathogen.
4. non-optimla diet over many years can possibly damage intestine walls, this can then make even normal flora possibly cause problems, for example if "leaky gut" due to wrong food over years, or possible parasites or others unknown factors can even cause normal flora to over grow and get access to other parts of body...immune system will go wild of course, and also harm your tissue....and there are plenty of medicine to weaken immune system, but if not truly a autoimmune disease this will just make things worse in long run.
