Has anyone else seen a black speck jump?

The night I got infected I was bitten badly on my leg, then a black speck jumped up my clothes and into my hair. Symptoms started shortly thereafter. I have also seen them in the bathroom doing this weird evasive swimming/jumping. Last night one was sitting on top of about a half cup of spilled conditioner.I washed it off the conditioner and it jumped back on. I reached toward it thinking I could pick it up (no comments as to my stupidity please) and it jumped onto my finger and disappeared. Since then my finger has been completely numb. Anyone else observe something similar?

I also wonder if this would be the black rock like thing I've seen under the microscope or do you think it is a ball of the evil black fibers, which I've also seen.
