What is your opinion on emotional NAET? My chiro does this and he feels it will really help me finally release the emotions I've held on to for so long, yet can't seem to let go of, despite years of therapy, journaling, etc...
What do u recommend for diet? This is a big struggle for me as well. Some say the SCD/GAPS diet is best, others say vegan/vegetarian (811/fruitarian, raw, higher fat/cousens, etc), some say paleo.... I'm so confused. I have a lot of infections that thrive off of sugar, and I also have a very fragile GI system and food intolerances. Any suggestions?
