Like i sad, 3/70/27 can be most healthy diet on EARTH !!

I learn this diet 3 weeks, it can be evan 80% alkaline/20% acidicic.

Supplements (not for life) : magnesium more than 400mg
calcium more then 600mg, wit C about 1g.

No veggies, no carrot, no grains .... 20-30 grams of carbs from broccoli per day. You see results, after 3 weeks i see big die-off and its bigger, i know that 4-5 week is worst with die-off.

Eat fat in the morning butter+olive oil+lard and 4-5 eggs + GREENS plenty of greens (cabage,letucce) and chew all 100 times or more !!

Eat fat and protein 60%/40% fat/protein + broccoli on midday meal

Eat PROTEIN with some fat + GREENS plenty of greens on dinner.

OLIVE OIL is great.

I DO NOT need any suplements after my candida back to normal stage !!!

To normalize toxins you have to get magnasium and wit C.

Fixing ur stomach acid take 2-3 months on 3/70/27 and its faster as possible.

Meet have wit b, zinc ....
