Copper detox - your side effects

Is anybody having hair loss or sexua| side effects from taking the zinc and any other supplements? (or any other side effects)

I've had increased hair loss since taking zinc since about a month. Earlier, I was on 150 mg, since the last couple weeks I am down at 75 mg per day. And none since about 5 days when I did a liver flush.

There is a "pre-searched" term for this on google which means enough people on zinc must have experienced it. The exact term is "zinc causing hair loss".

I have several theories, one is that increased zinc means increased estrogen being kicked up to be detoxed throwing off the hormonal balances which can cause hair loss. The other is that zinc supplementation can cause iron levels to go down and hair loss is one effect of iron deficiency.

The other side effect I have when taking zinc and moly. is loss of libido.
