It is apparent from reading the e-book that the author/authors have never had a NDE. A NDE is almost always a trans-formative experience that literally changes the disposition or outlook on life of the Experiencer. NDE Experiencers feel loved in a way that defies the human understanding of that word. OBE's can do that(not typical) but they also generally do not involve the Classic NDE Process:

      * I am not saying people who claim to have NDE's have to go through all of the following processes

      1) Life Review
      2) Leaving one's body
      3) Entering a tunnel
      5) Seeing a light
      6) Feeling Loved beyond any in body experience
      7) Meeting A Guide
      8) Gather some kind of compelling knowledge
      9) Told that they must return to their body
or come to that conclusion after considering dying
      10)Returning to one's body

But the thing that makes NDE's more than just an OBE is that
most people who have NDE's and experience love in its pure form have a completely new outlook on life.

Those who have OBE's are more like observers or participants in moving through time and timelessness. They may have some of the same experiences as NDE Experiencers but not usually. I have literally known or chatted now with hundreds of both NDE Experiencers and OBE Only Experiencers. The words NDE Experiencers use and OBE Experiencers use to describe their experiences are fundamentally different. A NDE Experiencer almost always(99%) experience Love as the Primary Experience and all else as window dressing. OBE's rarely mention love and when they do it is usually a sidebar addition to their OBE.

I have still not tried the method above but as someone who has had a NDE before, I believe I could easily replicate the steps I listed above as a NDE(exception #2 & #10) typical experiences. If there is a non-NDE-Experiencer, who can replicate the 10 NDE Typical steps without coming close to death or actually dying, I would love to hear your story.

I am open to learning thie OBE technique. I am still going to do the steps in the e-book, to see if I can have an OBE, like I have often had in flying dreams. That would be awesome.

This is a very interesting topic. I do want to try it.
