I was super cold when I detoxing too fast....like never before. So I think copper was a factor in that case.

But it's not the only possible reason.

Cold extremities can come from a few other things. Just being sympathetic dominant can create cold extremities.

When you stuck in fight or flight, blood vessels constrict and limit blood flow to the extremities.

Magnesium helped this since it is a vasodilator.

Buteyko also helps with cold extremities since CO2 is a vasodilator. When I am having a good session of Butyko breathing, my arms and legs get hot.

And...I just found out evening Earthing helps. Since is relieves the stress from EMF exposure, it can reduce sympathetic activity and therefore let the blood vessels relax allowing more blood flow to the extremities.
