Mirena and MS links

Hi all - I want to know if there are any others out there who are edging nearer to a positive MS diagnosis (having had lesions found through MRI) and have made a link with their Mirena.

I was a completely healthy 25yo with 2 young children. Suddnely after about 3-4 months of having the Mirena the numbness/tingling in my fingers began - I found the posts and had the Mirena removed asap. Now 3.5 months on the tingling has not let up and I have had periods of extreme fatigue and anxiety (VERY unusual for me). An MRI 2 months ago showed MS-like lesions in my brain, which 3 neurologists have said means it is between 70-90% likely to be my first MS attack. I'm waiting to have another MRI in december to see if there are any new lesions, and thus confirm diagnosis.

Does the Mirena trigger MS?? Or from all the posts about numbness is it just the Mirena causing all this and I should soon recover??? Anyone in the same situation??
