It is wrong of you to assume that because a water fast worked for you it is the only way to put it into remission. It is also arogant to assume and tell a sufferer that nothing else will work, no supplements.

For a start, I don't expect supplements to work alone. My assumption is it is being caused by some kind of infecttion, candidiasis, parasititc or something. I also have spondylitis which pushes me further along this track. There are many people that have sorted it out with a strict diet along with supplements, and that is what I plan to do. I am already feeling slightly better (my spondylitis) since going off starch.

Personally, I'd also much prefer to do a vegetable juice fast than pure water. I'm glad it worked for you, and who knows, i tmight work for me, but personally i feel there are healthier ways to do it. Thankyou for your feedback though.
