Sinuses - Help!

Hi All :)

My story is super long and I have posted it here before.
Long story short - I was living in an apartment with black mold (Stachybotrys & Aspergillus) and was really sick for almost a year. We moved out in March and since then I have been getting progressively better; after some heavy detoxing and cleansing.
I was doing great over the summer and even into the early fall. But now I have one huge issue...My sinuses. I have such extreme sinus pressure and pain. I even get dizzy because of the swelling and lack of oxygen due to the swelling. A couple of times I was able to blow out some of what was up there. It was after crying (this sickness will do that to you) and I blew out mucus with gray chunks and blobs of what looked to be mold. I can only imagine what else is up there causing my sinus issues.
I feel like if my sinuses were better then I would feel so much better. It is giving me vision problems and neck pain and just sooo much pressure.

Does anybody have any advice on how to get this stuff out of your sinuses? It is the only thing I haven't really agressively worked on at this point because it never bothered me before. I don't want to do something or take something that could potentially make it worse. I definitely don't want to take anything prescribed by a doctor. I would rather do something natural.

If anybody has any advice to offer or stories on what has helped them; I would greatly appreciate it!
